Payments made with a credit card or PayPal will have 5 % fees.
STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to receive a refund of 50% of the accommodation costs, the cancellation must take place 14 full days before the local time of arrival indicated on the reservation (or 3 pm if it is not Not indicated).
Otherwise, you will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days in advance, the nights not spent in the accommodation are not reimbursed.
If the traveler decides to leave before the scheduled date, the nights not spent in the accommodation will not be refunded. The cleaning fee will always be refunded if the reservation is canceled before entering the premises.
